The photographer Raymond Dean made a book with many of his photo portraits of Derek Jarman (whom Raymond knew well and photographed often) which  has been published recently to mark the 20 year anniversary of Jarman’s death.

Raymond Dean is a Canadian born photographer who left Canada after a few years in the navy for the UK to study photography at the Guildford School of Art. His first exhibition was at the Wig & Pen club in London and he contributed still photography to the Oscar winning documentary Dylan Thomas by Jack Howells.
